Vision Group Ventures was formed in 2000 by Steven D. Brand, Jeffery C. Camp, Richard S. Powell and Patrick R. Walborn, principals of Advanced Investments, LLC. and Tiger Associates, Inc. They have offices in Plymouth Meeting and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Vision Properties has developed over 12 million square feet of Class A office buildings, retail centers, industrial distribution and manufacturing facilities and mixed use projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. It currently owns and manages over 1,600,000 square feet of real estate. Vision Properties is actively expanding its portfolio, concentrating in commercial development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic States.
