Vision Group Ventures was formed in 2000 by Steven D. Brand, Jeffery C. Camp, Richard S. Powell and Patrick R. Walborn, principals of Advanced Investments, LLC. and Tiger Associates, Inc. They have offices in Plymouth Meeting and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Vision Properties handles all aspects of a real estate transaction from Land Acquisition through Development, Construction, Leasing, Finance, Property Management and Asset Management. Vision Properties brings together a professional real estate development team which adds value through local knowledge, local presence and several decades of experience in these markets. The firm takes a proactive and hands-on approach through all stages of a project's development in addition to its onsite management roles.
