Previous Projects

Vision Properties developed 120 acres of property located along the Borndersville Road in Union Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The project involved the development of two warehouse/distribution facilities totaling 1,000,000 square feet along with the development of several roadways, utility crossings and sanitary sewer crossings. The property was sold in 2017.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection South Central Regional Office is a green building. The project was built on a Brownfield Site and included capping off the existing landfill implementing a leachate collection system and a methane gas collection system to recycle and make habitable formerly unusable land.

Vision Properties sited, designed, constructed and operated this facility to provide a healthy environment for its occupants and minimize its impact on the environment.

Purchased an existing 24,000 square foot shopping center located across from Oxford Valley Mall and Sesame Place. Project was sold.

Acquired a G.P. interest in an 18-hole golf course surrounded by a single family home development known as the Estates at Bucks County Country Club. Interest was sold.

Acquired a G. P. interest in 175± acres of land and sold to Vanguard for their corporate campus.

Acquired a G. P. interest in 70± acres of land and sold to Vanguard for their corporate campus.

The 45 wooded acres, Italian inspired architecture, classically designed fountains and richly landscaped grounds with created a dramatic back drop for three distinct residential villages: Milano, Roma and Capri. Property was sold.

Acquired a L.P. interest in a 585-space, self-park seven story parking garage with 18,600 square feet of retail space on the street level. Property was sold.

Acquired a G.P. Interest in an 8± acre parcel of land and sold to a developer for housing.

Vision Properties buys bulk power from the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland Power Grid then steps down the power through an onsite electrical substation. Appleton Electric distributes the lower voltage electricity to the tenants at The Appleton Building, Warehouse and Manufacturing Center. Ceased operations as a result of industry deregulation.
